The meeting of the Commission for Examination of Applications for the Grant of Permission to Use the Official or Historical Name of the State in the Trademark/Industrial Design took place on September 9, in a hybrid format, chaired by Ms. Inetta Panurco, Head of the International Economic Cooperation Department within the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, Vice President of the Commission.
During the meeting, 8 applications were examined and it was decided to grant permission to use the official or historical name of the State in the trademarks:

The trademarks are to be used, according to the requests, for various categories of products and services:
fresh grapes; education; training; entertainment; sports and cultural activities, transport; packaging and storage of goods; travel arrangements; pastry and confectionery products; advertising; financial, monetary and banking services; insurance services; real estate services; telecommunication services; legal services; clothing, footwear, headgear; etc.
In accordance with the legislation in force, trademarks, industrial designs containing the official or historical name of the State may be registered only with the permission of the Commission for Examination of Applications for the Grant of Permission to Use the Official or Historical Name of the State in the Trademark/Industrial Design, the activity of which is regulated by Government Decision No 8/2022.
