The Academy of the European Patent Office (EPO) is organizing on 17 March 2026 the online seminar “Deep Tech Finder – KL10-2026”, dedicated to the presentation of the digital tool Deep Tech Finder, which facilitates the connection between investors, startups, universities and researchers in Europe.

*Deep Tech Finder is a free, interactive and easy-to-use tool. The platform combines EPO patent data with relevant business insights, highlighting startups and research institutions that develop advanced technologies and hold European patent applications. Users can explore investment-ready startups, identify investors by field, as well as search for emerging technologies, having access to funding opportunities. At the end of the session, participants will be able to use the tool autonomously.

The seminar is intended for intellectual property managers, business representatives, patent attorneys and paralegals, as well as national offices/authorities in the field of intellectual property.
