Are you a pupil in the 8th–12th grades and are you passionate about innovation, creativity or competitions? Then it’s your time!

The State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) reminds you: February 15, 2026 is the last day to register for the 10th edition of the Contest in the Field of Intellectual Property Competition for Young People.

The competition is aimed at pupils from the Republic of Moldova and Romania and is organized in the context of World Intellectual Property Day by AGEPI, in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova, the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks of Romania (OSIM) and the Romanian Copyright Office (ORDA).

This year’s edition is held under the theme “IP and Sports: Ready, Set, Innovate!”, the theme proclaimed by the World Intellectual Property Organization for 2026, and aims to stimulate young people’s interest in the protection of intellectual creations, encourage innovative thinking and promote the enforcement of intellectual property rights.

If you accept the challenge of demonstrating your potential in an essential field for modern society and putting your ideas into motion, just like in a real sports competition:

• You register online (it only takes a few minutes)
• You receive a unique code and take an online quiz
• If you pass the first stage, you reach the final and create a work on the theme of the contest (presentation, video, drawing, study, etc.)
