Training Seminar – What Should a Bank Know About Intellectual Property?


Today, November 1, 2013, in the conference hall of the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) is held a training seminar entitled “What Should a Bank Know About Intellectual Property?” The seminar is organized by AGEPI in cooperation with the Financial-Banking Training and Consultancy Center “ABM Consulting”.

The aim of the meeting is to acquaint workers in the banking system of the Republic, including experts of the legal entity crediting service, experts of the legal service and experts of the marketing service of the banks with the field of intellectual property.

The seminar is open by the AGEPI Director General Lilia Bolocan.

At the meeting are addressed the economic and legal aspects (pledge, assignment and licensing of intellectual property objects) of intellectual property and is explained that includes the evaluation of intellectual property objects.

The participants in the seminar have the opportunity to exchange experience and information about the field of intellectual property and to familiarize themselves with various case studies in the field.

The Financial-Banking Training and Consultancy Center “ABM Consulting” is a consultative- training institution that was established by the Moldovan Banking Association in 2002. The main objective of the Centre “ABM Consulting” is to contribute to the development and strengthening of the financial market in the Republic of Moldova.
