The International Innovation Conference “Intellectual Property - Innovations - Quality of Life”, organized by the State Agency on Intellectual Property (AGEPI) with the support of the EuropeAid/137467/DH/SER/MD Technical Assistance Project “Support to Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights in the Republic of Moldova”, will be held in Chisinau, during the period 15-16 November 2017.
The International Innovation Conference is part of the program of events organized during the week of the 15th edition of the International Specialized Exhibition “INFOINVENT”, which will be held from 15 to 18 November 2017.
Being in its third edition, the Conference will address issues related to national policies and strategies in the field of innovations and intellectual property for the economic growth of the country; the role of innovations and intellectual property in business development and, respectively, increase in the quality of life; mechanisms for encouraging innovations and technological transfer; stimulation of public-private partnership in the process of utilization of innovations and intellectual property, etc.
The event will bring together international and local experts and practitioners, including representatives of the World Intellectual Property Organization, European Patent Office, national intellectual property offices from abroad, representatives of institutions and organizations working in the field of research, innovation and higher education, residents of the scientific-technological parks and innovative incubators, experts in the field of intellectual property, and representatives of the business environment.
The International Innovation Conference will be held in the Wine House (1, Ghioceilor str.,), in Romanian and English.
